Nicholas Lindsay Jones

Nicholas Lindsay-Jones Nicholas joined the Cornell Pace team in 2007. Prior to working with Cornell Pace Inc. Nicholas was a special education math teacher in Spanish Harlem. Nicholas’ undergraduate education was in Economics and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received a Master’s Degree from the Bank Street Graduate School of Education. While at Bank Street, Nicholas was the recipient of the Jill Iscol Scholarship which he earned through his dedication and hard work in the field of Urban Education.Nicholas continues to practice that dedication to helping better underserved neighborhoods through his work in CPI’s Affordable Housing department. Nicholas also attended New York University where he earned a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Nicholas works closely with our tax credit investors, syndicators and clients handling the complex financial and compliance aspects of these deals working closely with myriad city, state and federal agencies such as: HUD; NYSHCR; NYCHPD; and NYCHD In addition to these responsibilities, Nicholas oversees the CPI's Yardi Voyager software. He handled the implementation of Yardi and continues to run the day to day work involved in maintaining the database as well as the implementation of new Yardi “Modules” such as: Affordable; PayScan, and Public Housing.
